I have been helping people reach their health and fitness goals for over 30 years including 20 years in Coppell TX.

As an Infantryman in the U.S. Army, I also served as the Master Fitness Trainer of my battalions, helping fellow soldiers maintain the Army physical fitness standards. I bring that same dedication and discipline to training my clients.

My experience in the corporate and private sectors of personal training has given me a vast array of clientele, ranging from young athletes to older individuals with health conditions. My knowledge of Kinesiology and Nutrition has enabled me to not just train my clients, but teach them.

I’ve dedicated my life to my children, my clients, and their quality of life. There are three things I stress most with my kids and clientele:

  1. Consistency is the greatest key to success in anything you hope to achieve

  2. Mental Focus will allow any individual to over achieve any goal they set for themselves

  3. Quality of Life helps everyone not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well

What sets you apart from any other trainer?

I believe my 30+ years of experience is a tremendous advantage. As a 52-year-old father of two, I understand firsthand the nuances of balancing life, work, and a healthy lifestyle. I see too many twenty-something trainers in the corporate gyms training people 30+ years older than they are far beyond the healthy norm. Rest and recovery are just as important as the workout itself, and older individuals do not recover as fast as younger folk.

What is your training style like?

My training style varies from individual to individual. Some people react better to a soft pat on the back and supportive style, while others may respond more to a little more hard-nosed approach. Whatever style gets through to the client in front of me will be the approach I take.


What makes your studio more unique than a health club?

I have every piece of equipment to do the same exercises at any health club. Treadmill, Thunder Ropes, Punching Bag and Gloves, Free Weights, Plyo Box, Fitness Balls, Jump Rope, Hanging Ab Straps, Exercise Mats, Adjustable Benches, Cable Machine, etc. - You can listen to whatever workout music you want during your session, by connecting your cell phone to my Bluetooth speaker - Any piece of equipment you use will be wiped down with Clorox Wipes before and after you use it - There won’t be a hundred eyeballs on you working out, so if you’re not comfortable in large crowded places, you don’t have to worry about anything.
